In 2010, after years in shipping and recruitment, Penda Coulibaly founded Ampersand World to support business leaders in their recruitment strategy. Ampersand world was founded on the premise that there was no recruitment company in switzerland that was specific to the commodity world and spoke the language of the commodity players.
